John is a Certified Level III Assessor Appraiser in the State of Indiana and holds both a bachelors degree of Science in Marketing, and a Master of Business Administration degree. John has over 8 years experience in the assessment field, and has worked throughout Lake County. Currently, John is the Calumet Township Project Manager with Nexus LTD focusing on residential reassessments, annual trending, and appeal resolutions.

 

John is resident of Calumet Township and 100% Colts and Pacers Fan! He lives with his 3 dogs, Mack, Shadow and Behr (like the paint), 2 turtles, Baby G and My Little Friend. Outside of assessing, John throws competitive darts and enjoys sprucing up the yard.
