Accurate assessment of EVERY parcel is the goal at Nexus LTD. As President it has been my life’s work for the past 25 years and I am wholly convinced it is very important, in fact, critical for the functioning of local government. It’s fair to say that our entire team is set apart for the specific purpose of accurate valuations. We site inspect every parcel, where it’s practical. We do not take short cuts with GIS inspections and Google Maps. Sure, you can get more done faster but that approach will not result in quality assessments.

With our “hands-on” and “eyes-on” approach we help you to achieve the goals of accuracy, fairness and uniformity. We understand the importance of carefully reviewing each assessment in order to work within the constraints of the Indiana tax caps.
