Eric Baca has over 15 years of assessing experience, starting at the Wayne Township Assessor’s office, Eric worked as Chief Deputy, gaining knowledge and experience in valuations, appeal work, fieldwork, and ratio studies. There he also managed an office of 12 people through deadlines, updates and challenges that an assessor’s office faces each year, before joining Nexus in 2021 as Regional Manager for Southern Indiana.

 

Eric is originally from White Hall, Arkansas and enjoys hiking, playing disc golf and listening to Louisville live music as often as he can.
