Ayn has experience in law, business, finance, accounting, real estate, and strategic planning. She has served as an adjunct professor at the Lacy School of Business at Butler University and the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Indianapolis, and served as the technical editor for two editions of Accounting for Dummies All-in-One. She has handled commercial and residential appeals at the county level and before the Indiana Board of Tax Review and the Indiana Tax Court.

 

Ayn earned a JD from the McKinney Law School at Indiana University, an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Indianapolis, and a Masters of Professional Accountancy from the Lacy School of Business at Butler University. She is also a certified Level II Indiana Assessor-Appraiser and has completed IAAO course 101 and USPAP.

In her free time, Ayn enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, and she loves to play tennis, play clarinet, and sing. She has played in multiple ensembles around central Indiana, and is the lead singer of the band Duck & Coverz.
