Jesse Butler

Jesse Butler has worked in both the public and private sectors of the property tax profession, gaining experience across many aspects of the ever‑evolving field of mass appraisal. His career began in 2011 as a deputy in the Elkhart County Assessor’s Office, where he developed a lasting appreciation for the work of local assessing officials.

Since transitioning to the private sector, Jesse has continued to expand his expertise and take on expanded responsibilities in valuation and data analysis. As a Level III Certified Indiana Assessor-Appraiser, he has overseen projects in multiple counties throughout Northeast Indiana. His areas of focus include reassessment cycles, trending, ratio studies, neighborhood and market area delineation, new construction reviews, and appeal support.
